frame vin stamp 1989
 

I have an 89 chassis only and I am trying to make out the vin stamp on it. There is one digit that I can't make out. I think it's a seven but I need some help. It's in the l last fourcharacters so I know it's a number and not a letter. It is a line that is slanted from the bottom left to top right but I can't make out the top of it to be sure of what it is. It has a small line at the base of it that slants back to th e right. That line is really short and it angles downward but I don't know if the seven would have a line at the base or not. Anyone have any insight? If the 8's mean anything the font is odd anyway but I can't find a character reference to compare it to. Help.....
