Those are the older style mounts. You need these and these

Re: 327 to 5.3 engine mounts wrong DD mount??
I'm fairly new to these swaps but I will give my best answer. Those Dirty Dingo engine mounts are designed to work with the 73-87 engine stands. If you would like to keep your current engine stands you would have to purchase the mounts and adapters from the post above. Many people switch to the 73-87 engine stands when using the DD mounts or use aftermarket stands like the POL stands.
Picture of the 73-87 engine stands in this thread: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard//...ad.php?t=93121 POL stands with motor mounts: http://www.performanceonline.com/196...RACKETS-16820/ Both options are pretty much bolt in. I believe you only have to drill an extra hole or two. Hope this helps! |
