Here is a 73 one think the seat is the same but mounts are not. You would have to drill new holes and renforce them. http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/pts/3962910263.html

I have the metal frame, and I think some other parts. Can you buy the foam? I know you can buy the leatherette covers. If you can buy the foam and don't mind the work I would sell the frame cheaply.

I have on from a '69, I have been using as a couch/catch all in the shop.

I have one that needs the brackets, but I have a feeling shipping would be to expensive to make it worthwhile.
