Lowered and towing
 
Any body on here lowered and towing?im thinking about lowering my 12 cc 2wd with a 5 ,7 kit but I tow a car hauler for my race car and hot rod.i also have a 17 ft boat I tow .any body doin this?

It can be done. I don't know the specifics but I'm sure it depends on the kit. You could also install helper air bags to level the truck when a trailer is attached. A friend of mine tows with his bagged crew cab dually with no problems whatsoever.

^ helper bags and you'll be fine, seen it done plenty of times.

If you go with helper bags, you will find that there a lot of brake lines and other items attached to the rear axle that will have to be moved. I started with Air Lift brand bags and finally settled on the McGaughys bag kit for my 2011 GMC. They mount out where the lines are not an issue. I have my truck dropped 5/7

When i had my 08 crewcab i had a McGaughrys 4/7 drop w/Helpers on 24swith 275/30 and towed my car hauler with my 72 Camaro with no problems.
