Need help picking a cam for my bbc first one ive done I want to go as much lift as I can but without clearance issues obviously

cam and lifter set hyd/ or solid cant afford to go roller
1970 396/402 bored 60 over
which I believe is a 414?
im going to be running 411 gears 3200 stall th400 trans
oval port heads cast 3964290
headers 3inch intake is probably air gap
crane roller rockers 1/7 there is power brakes front disc,
pretty much looking to have a real nasty sound
with decent perf, if its a radical idle with not the best street manners no big deal.

CR around 10.1 or little higher. I think this would do good.

Well if you want a cam that sounds like it can take on the world look no further than the comp cams thumper series. Power wise not great , however you stated that was ok.. They sounds nasty as hell. I call them a good show boat cam :) I installed a 299 thumper for a buddy that has a 396 that is 9.5 comp ratio and its sounds wicked. Has decent manners and runs very well not a power house but he loves it. HYD roller is a nice upgrade I do not know if they make it in a flat tappet. But in the end no reason not to go to a hyd roller only makes sense really.
