Its a budget way to run a car/ls1 style intake and utilize all the truck accessory drive. Only thing you would need is the 98-02 camaro water pump

Does the Camaro/Firebird pump move the pulley to the rear, is it shorted (with spacers) than the truck pump?
I am fitting radiator- firewall clearance!

Camaro pump brings the accessories in closer to the motor than the truck pump. With these spacers your camaro pump with be in line with the truck accessories allowing you to use an ls1 style intake manifold
