Performance Online's ALL NEW Tubular Trailing Arms

The engineers at Performance Online (POL) have introduced their new Tubular Trailing Arms for the 1963-72 GM Trucks. This new design is stronger than the round tubular arms on the market today.

POL’s trailing arms are constructed of .188’ wall 2” x 3” rectangular 1020 steel.
When calculating the effective material area as compared to the round tube design (2” O.D. x .250 wall) POL’s trailing arm has .359” additional material area improving the overall design and strength.

The prototypes utilized a 1” Uniball, however, the production models will come with a traditional Delrin/Polyurethane bushing set to keep cost down.

Note: Uniball ends will be available as an extreme performance upgrade option.

Here is a birds eye view of the coil spring platform and reinforcement plate. Both components are designed using .250” 1018 steel. Billet coil spring retainer cups are ultra trick and another available option.
