My 89 used Metric o-ring style fittings. If that's what yours has, I can get the sizes @ my shop.

Is that a standard AN hose on the pressure side? You'll need a high pressure hose assembly instead of the standard type that you would use for fuel. It won't handle the 1,500-2,000 psi of the power steering system. The return side is ok with that, as it is the low pressure side. Russell offers some components specifically for p.s., as do others. Just thought I'd check...

Is there a particular part # for the pressure hose?

Re: steering box/pump fitting size?

Depending on which brand you would like to go with, here are a few examples;

Russell Powerflex Hose: Stainless Braided Hose for High Pressure Power Steering Lines, Teflon inner liner, 308 stainless steel braid, -6 size, 2,500 max psi, 3' length, Part # 632600, use with Powerflex Endura Hose Ends.

Aeroquip AQP High Pressure Hose: Abrasion resistant fabric cover for long life, available in black or blue, Synthetic rubber inner tube, -6 size 2,250 max psi, 3' long only available in black, part # 1503-6-3, 6' long blue part # FCG0606

Earls Power Steering Hose: Abrasion resistant fabric cover, pretty much the same as the Aeroquip with ratings, I think they are both made by Parker, available in blue, 6' long part # 130606ERL.

Be sure to use the corresponding hose ends specific to each manufacture. We use the Aeroquip hose and Ends, but have also used the Russell Stainless braided. Depends on the look you are going for. I'll get a pic of the hose posted this evening. Fragola also makes a power steering hose, available in blue similar to Earls and Aeroquip. We can

I believe the fitting sizes are:
11/16"-18 for pressure
5/8"-18 for return
