1948 gmc c4 ifs or heidts ifs help
Hi guys I have a 1948 gmc and I m going the ifs route but don't wanna spend a ton. I would also prefer ro have it all gm but it really doesn't matter. I found the c4 kit for 850 $ and the heidts 1900 $. I simply need help deciding what to use. I am making it a daily triver and it is a 3/4 ton but I also want it semi sporty.

Remember that the C-4 kit is only the crossmember and mounting piece and you still have to buy the C-4 A arms, spindles, brakes and rack and pinion or the suggested rack and pinion.

We used a Kugel Komponents under dash master cylinder and booster, yes it has power steering....right now I am in the process of getting it hooked up. We got everything plumbed last week but have a leak that I am trying to find now. Once I get that fixed I will shoot some pictures and post them.
