Lowering front troubles

http://jpc 16116Got my truck lower (did it myself). 2 1/2 spindles & cut one coil. Heard some noise in the front. Turns out to be tie rod hitting the the rim on hard turns. What do I do ?? Narrower front rims, 1/8/1/4 spacers ?? Looking for input. Thanks:gmc2:

How much backspacing on your front wheels?
What diameter?
