Brazil, I think.
Most of their stuff is running on cane alcohol. I ve seen pix of stock Brazilian 250 L6s with 750 CFM Q-Jets in GM- cast iron intakes. You need that much CFM with alcohol to get what 350 - 390 CFM of gasoline will do.
