Sagging front end

When standing behind my 96 c1500 2wd it looks like the left side is drooping, when I stand in front it looks level. Any ideas? I would like for it to set level.

Use a tape measure and measure each corner from the fender to the ground and go from there.

Fuel tank is also on the drivers side, being full or empty can be quite a few pounds different and affect how it looks.

Re: Sagging front end

These trucks are notorious for being slightly lower on the driver's side. The fuel tank is on that side and that's the side where the driver sits, possibly causing a little more settling over the years. It's especially noticeable on lowered trucks once you've reduced the fender gap and the difference is much more noticeable. Some people have put a lowering shackle on the passenger side set in the 1" hole, but in the end, there's really nothing wrong with your truck. It is completely normal.
