Re: Proportioning valve question

There must be at least two outputs. One for the front brakes and one for the rear, otherwise there's no "proportioning" to be done. I know some prop valves have two outputs to the front, one for each side, but the factory configuration on the 72, at least, was to have one output to the front, which went down to a "T" splitter at the crossmember, and then out to each front wheel from there.

The front output is usually on the bottom of the prop valve toward the front.

Where can you get a plug to cp one of the two outlets for the front brakes?

Thanks Rick

Any decent auto parts store should sell the plugs. I got one at Autozone.
