You can ask a moderator to move your post to 67-72 section, should get a lot of response there.

Jaques, I just sent moderator "leddzepp" a message on your behalf. You might

It looks like you have a nice work shop and made a good start on rebuilding the truck.

Fantastic!!! Thanks to the person that moved my thread to the correct spot.:c2:

I am not much of a forum guru but since I started the project has realised that I will need loads advise as time goes on. Both on where to get stuff and how to do stuff.

I already realised that rebuiding the 72 C30 Pick up was an difficult choice as it seems the parts are very scarce.

Also being in South Africa with all the suppliers stateside, the challenge even greater.

Soooooo!

This is where I am at:

- Vehicle stripped to the bone
- New loadbin build from scratch
- All body pannels sandblasted and base coat done same day
- Pannelbeater has started on the body pannels restoration and paint
- Engine being rebuild - still contemplating rather buying a crate engine.

At the moment I need Help finding suppliers on Steering, brakes and suspension. The C30 obviously has the 8 hole rims and it seems scarce?!

Please anyone that can help me on this for now?
