Headers...
Hey Gents,
I have a 72 C10 with a 350 sb in it and i am looking to do a set of headers. ive been told that hugger headers will be the easiest install, but if i go for long tube i will need to relocate the starter and some other components. Any experience on this? Thanks for any help!! |

Manifolds will never leak.

Re: Headers...
I ran a set of hedmann headers full length, and never had any issues.
only real problem I had was my number 1 primary tube kind of swept back slightly towards the head near the number 5 plug, and as a result I ended up using a Teflon plug shield on it. |
Re: Headers...
I've used full length headers on every truck I've ever owned. No problems.
No need for block hugger headers. The stock Ramhorns will probably out flow them anyways. Either go 3/4length if you need to tuck your exhaust due to your truck being slammed, or go full length. Shorty block huggers are a waste of money. Gary |
Re: Headers...
What ever you do I highly recommend ceramic Coated or having them coated.

Re: Headers...
Headman 69020 are 1.75 tubes if you want more flow.
