O'Reilly's
Had need of a 25" 4 gauge battery cable and looked online. Napa had them but with the crappy spring ends. O'Reilly had them copper with the 'bolt' ends - so off to the store I went. It was folded up in a package about 6" long.
I couldn't hardly bend the old cable in a 90 much less 180. Course its China made. |

You can special order cables through a parts store from BWD-I have their catalog.

Re: O'Reilly's
Have you tried building your own? Its super easy if you use the solder pellets.
I've built cables for my suburban and my jeep using this method: https://www.wiringdepot.com/jt-t-tec...-Battery-Cable I put copper lugs on the end and use these terminals: https://www.wiringdepot.com/store/p/...als-clone.aspx This works especially well if you have a winch or dual batteries. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/gallery/.../IMG_13441.JPG http://67-72chevytrucks.com/gallery/...9/IMG_1342.JPG I also replace the fusible link wire with a resettable breaker (still cleaning up the rest of that wiring): http://67-72chevytrucks.com/gallery/.../IMG_13431.JPG |
