Door Hinge Bolt ID

I have several bolts laying around for the door hinges. Some are flanged and some have a loose washer. I assume one design goes on the door side and the other on the cab.

Can anyone tell me which style goes where?

hello bolt with washer goes to the single outer hole 2 flange bolts in rear 2 holes.

Thanks. Never considered any other combination! And that goes for the cab and door parts of the hinges?
