Just drug in this 1971 lwb Super. Original big block truck, but I got just the body. I've never seen this color combo before - black and white truck with blue interior! Would be cool to see any other trucks equipped like this, post pics if you got 'em! In the below pictures, previous owner installed 72 door panels.

That's a great combo. Note that it was originally a conventional two tone, the white middle has been added. Headliner looks black?? (would be blue with a blue interior) - but the SPID clearly says blue! I think the dash pad would/should be blue too, along with steering wheel and column, unless a tilt was swapped in. Stuff probably got changed out over the years. Blue interior in a black truck one of my favorites. Very cool, what are your plans with it?

Good eye, Jocko! Conventional two tone. PO did repaint a few things, but here's what I can tell is blue : seat, visors, headliner, column, defrost vents (and area between dash pad and windshield. The dash pad is black and doesn't appear to have been dyed. The seatbelts are black. The truck has a May, 71 build date (blue sticker on door) and the seatbelts are dated April, 71, which could match. As for plans, I've got a 71 date coded 402 sitting in the garage! With rarity of the color combo, should I leave it stock longbed?

I love black with blue interior. That’s how I am building my 4 door. Great find! I would leave it an original long bed.

I have the matching K5 Blazer. Will eventually get to restoring it.

That is one of the sharpest combos for sure. I'd have to lose the white all together. In this case it is just a distraction rather than enhancement. Takes away more than it gives. Let that great combination stand out!

Would have have been a sharpie in its day. Had the blue headliner too but truck was out in sun too long so no paint just original primer on exterior roof and I guess headliner shredded over the years.
