Fog Lights not working

I have 04 GMC Sierra P/U. The fog lights do not work. I have checked the fuse and it is not blown. Any suggestion on what to check for would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Is the Fog/Driving light relay in the fuse relay centre switching when you hit the Fog button?

Does the amber LED down and to the Left light up when you press the Fog button?

Do the instrument cluster bulbs light up when you push the fog button with the ignition switched on?

Do you have a manual ranging digital multimeter and a test light?
Meter test probes and the probe end of a test lamp will damage the relay sockets in the fuse/relay boxes. Do you have at least 5 each Metripak 150 & 280 Male terminals to use as test terminals?
