I think they are all intact but one might be buggered up a little. I will check in the morning.

I was curious of all of yours had good studs or if you found a way to replace them

For re-anodizing I had to remove the steel studs, the anodizing process will dissolve steel. My plan is to bond new studs in with an industrial epoxy.

How did you remove them? Did they unthread?

They are threaded in but the aluminum boss is crimped around them, making it impossible to unthread. I ground the studs flat to the aluminum, then carefully drilled them. I finished with an 1/8” carbide burr on a pencil grinder to clean out the remaining stud. I will bond in some stainless threaded rod to reattach them.
