Dave That is sure impressive lighting.. and it shows you know your stuff.. I being not to good at these sorts of skills ,,do appreciate seeing what you have shown in your video.. it's amazing that these little lights have their own brains,,,

This reminds me of my BIL a long time ago when he converted a one arm bandit slot machine and used the round turntable that all the little lead electrical switches that turned on all the lights at random on the slot machine ,,,and hooked them to his Christmas lighting .. In a way it was like what you do ,,by making certain lights come on when you want them to .. hope this makes sence to ya ,,

Wow...this is the last place I would expect to see someone writing and describing C code.

It's an interesting thing when you write a piece of code that does exactly what you asked it to do and you realize you've asked it to shoot itself in the foot. If that is boot code or instructions that automatically execute, you could find yourself in a tough spot.

Sort of like changing the resolution of your screen to something it can't handle ( back in the early days )...D'oh what now!

Sorry, I didn't watch the whole thing.

My experience with code turning lights on and off was this test frame hooked to a (certain new airliner under development) power control module. My test code told the PCM to turn this or that on or off and the test frame lights confirmed the PCM pin outputs were as ordered.

It was all very boring, I suppose.

Where does the fill_rainbow function come from?

I expected it to need a class identifier in front of it.
