Old school TRW L2256F +.060 piston

Looking for one piston to replace the one that got roughed up when I broke a wrist pin in my 388 stroker build I had in my 72 c10 long edition. Ran the engine for about 6 months before the wrist pin snapped. Having a hard time finding one of these pistons and inches size. Also looking for oversized wrist pin for the rod I have. P2208+ .003 wrist pin that fits this piston. Thanks guys.

It's not real clear if this is the .060 you are looking for. Worth a look.

Hey Accelo, thanks for the link. I tried searching for a couple of hours the other day. Even on that same site. I think it might be the same piston even if it is the updated version. The only thing I'm unsure of is the part number. The WL-2256F Vs. L-2256F. I know that there are LW-2256F also, which I believe means they are lightweight versions of those same pistons. Either way I appreciate your post. And I knew it would be a shot in the dark posting this here, but I haven't had any luck anywhere else. And I have a feeling the over sized wrist pin is gonna be equally as difficult to find. I was directed to a business in south L.A. called Mr. Wristpin. But I think it's defunct as of Nov.2020. Just trying to get my truck back on the road. Miss the hell out of it. It's my DD. And this 2010 charger V6 is gutless compared to my truck and the cool factor is nonexistent. Matter of fact, most people think it's an undercover car. And I get a lot of weird looks and reactions driving down the road. Anyways, much appreciated. Keep on truckin. :)

Well, I may have had a lucky break. Ran into a buddy from high school that I haven't seen in a couple of years at the grocery store. Started talking and catching up, explained the situation with the stroker motor. He stopped me and said what setup am I running. And I told him 388 stroker forged flat top pistons on a 400 rod. He said, that's what he ran in his 66 malibu back in high school. I told him yeah I remember he had a stroker in it. But then he said, that was the same setup he had too and that he still had 1 piston and rod setup in his garage. It got me thinking and hoping it was the same that I needed. He said he would look for it today and let me know. Keeping my fingers crossed until then. :)
