Center caps for slots

I have a set of 16.5” shelby slots that i need center caps for . The center opening is 4 3/4” diameter. All the caps i have seen are too big 4.9” or too small 4.25”. Anyone know where i could source some 4 3/4” diameter center caps? Thanks

if it helps you, this is what the caps looked like on my 16.5 shelby slots. sorry but don't have a better pic, but they were original slots purchased in 1973 by the original owner.
