C30 with 3/4 front axle

I have a mid 80s 1ton dually with 3/4 ton front axle.
I want to run dually wheels on front with out changing too much.
Can I run a spacer that centers the wheel and clears caliper.

I put '73 C30 spindles and rotors on my '72 GMC 3/4 ton front cross member. It was a bolt on deal. I just had to put different brake hoses on it. I think up to '87 are the same. You should be able to do the same thing to your '80's front.

You say "front axle" so I'm thinking 4wd. You have a Dana44 or 10-bolt GM in front? If that's the case...

Could have meant spindle. Up through '59 we'd have said front axle, then came IFS. Had he said spindle it could be either 2wd or 4wd
