First Engine Crank
Technically this isn't my very first engine crank (261 cu in - inline six) since I had to get the magneto and TDC aligned. This engine was rebuilt over a decade ago and only started to keep the cylinders oiled and never up to any temp. I was concerned about it even being able to start, but in the end, this was a success.
I now think I hear a valve tap. What is the lash or clearance that I should find on the rockers/valves? First Engine Crank Bob |

Re: First Engine Crank
That sounds pretty good. I thought I was hearing a V8 at first.

Re: First Engine Crank
Was wondering what that lump with an air filter was.
And having dealt with a custom supercharger setup, and what it entails....that thing is going to rock. My hat's off to you, sir. :c2: |

Re: First Engine Crank
Gotta love it when a plan comes together.
And I love the attention to detail and how clean all that looks. |
