Has anyone installed the "Dano" headliner or door panels in their truck? If so, how well did they fit and are you happy with them? Thanks

Headliner

I'm really interested in this too. Hopefully somebody will reply on this. The windshield pillars with the built in tweeters look cool too.

I'm really interested in this too.

As I get closer to needing these parts, unless I hear anything negative I plan on buying them and the pillar covers with the tweeters. Rod Doors also has map pockets that look interesting along with an overhead console.

how about a pic of the installed door panels?

I am needing some interior ideas soon myself.

There is a board member (sorry - don't remember his name but he has a blue truck in his avitar) who makes custom door panels, etc. His prices are much cheaper than the rod doors and you won't have the same thing as everyone else. Hopefully he'll find this thread or do a search for door panels.

hambone1958 03-17-2004 03:40 PM

I hope he finds this thread too. I won't need my interior for about 8 to 10 weeks.

I figured someone out there would surely have these on his or her truck. I guess I will dive in and take a chance, shortly.

Effle18 03-18-2004 11:12 AM

I think these seem pretty expensive as well. I made both of mine for under $50.

Does anybody have these "DANO" roddoor panels installed? Im really thinking of getting some.

Richard

I personally do not like rod doors corp, they spammed this board and then refused to pay an advertising fee to support it. I found their staff to be rude also.

Shane 10-22-2004 07:37 PM

Josh is right ... death to spammers ... besides, you can make the same sort of door panel for just a fraction of the costs.

I wonder what the longevity is for these panels?I guess I'm old school

That would be Jim http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/m...p3?userid=4175

I bought a set of door panels with the chevy logo from him a couple of years ago, but haven't finished my truck so they never been mounted. :)
