Question About Clamshell hatch
 

My hatch keeps popping open while I am driving.

it seems like it is shut pretty tight, but I noticed that there are 2 positions on the actual latch, and I am closing it tight but only getting to the first stage of the latch.

so the questions are, is there supposed to be 2 positions? If so do I need to get it to the second position? and if so how? The whole set-up is pretty tight and I dont see and room to adjust it.

also does anyone sell the arms that hold that hatch up? mine rattle like crazy, and I am going nuts on the crappy Hollywood roads.

Are all the little rubber bumpers there?
