I am going through the same ordeal. I went to look at a pair of burbs the other night. 1 is a 69 C10, 350/th400, nice wheels, runs great, posi 3.73 rear, and plenty of rust. The other is a 1970 C10 that came from California, it was a former US Navy vehicle. Still has all the id plates, rust-free sheetmetal, barn doors. It has a few dents from when it was stored at a salavage yard in CA, but nothing that looks like a deal breaker. The biggest problem on the Navy burb is it has no running gear and it is currently sitting 36" off the ground on blocks. Looks like a lot of work to get a nice burb tub and who has the time..........
