I haven't read all the posts but i just wanted to stand up for the gas stations. I'am sick and tired of hearing "why are the prices so high?" It almost makes me want to jump over the counter and start beating the guy. For some reason people get it into their minds that it's the partticular gas station that controls gas prices. I know for a fact that my gas station simply looks at what the Big Boys are selling their gas at and then we drop our about 0.015 less. (Canadian gas prices).
My city aprently has/had the highest gas prices in Canada (69.9/L). We drop ours to 64.9/L. And you would not believe the BS, us the little guys, have to put up with. If you want to fight the prices. Boycott the smaller stations Like Esso and so on, not all stations.
