Tractor supply will not have them. You could make the rectangular washers
out of 18 gauge sheet metal. They are approximately 2 1/2" x 1 1/4" wide with a 11/32" hole in the center. One of the edges on the 2 1/2" side is formed at an angle of approximately 10 degrees. (A 1/4" wide break). the angled side is adjacent to the tank itself when mounted.
