I normally don't get into trouble shooting parts bought from someone else, but here is a little test: Try them in another vehicle to see if it is the LEDs or your truck!
If you don't install them correctly, you can easily damage them.
I test all of mine before I sell them and provide simple written instructions to help prevent damage.
