Gee, man. That sucks.
I will say that all that effort you've put out is making me feel better about obsessing about a small amount of rust on the inside bottom lip of my rear doors. If you can do all that work in your spare time, I'll surely be able to getting around to fixing mine up.
Of course, I need to finish unpacking here at the new house first!
