72chevy has a point, i wasnt really thinkin along the lines of a big show with vendors, judges, and all that either. but to base the # of trucks that are showin up off of an online survey or board isnt gonna cut it either. once we establish a date and location, we'll switch to mailing and confirmations and flyers and advertising and contact numbers so that anyone that has a truck like ours can show up, board member or not.
of course therell be some sponsorship calls made and hopefully a few parts manf. showing up, but with all the parts weve got layin around our yards i was thinkin we could just bring them and have our own mini-swap meet at the same time. thatll especially work well if we advertise enough and have the public come check it out the trucks and maybe pick up some 67-72 parts for themselves.
joinin up with a car show already planned is another option. does anyone have a list of shows already taking place?
