they sent not one but two tailgate caps for my 67 c20 that were wrong...then had the nerve to say it was the factories fault and wanted me to pay a restocking fee...made out there online paper work...they couldn't find it...call numerous times...one said he would call back he didn't...many times there phone message said they were closed when there hours said they weren't...then after talking to somebody they couldn't handle straightening it out...passed Me on to the manager...who didn't seem to bright or reseptive either...I think he got it straight? find out with the next statement...orginally next day aired the part in...it took four days to talk to a person...
