I am running a Clifford 4 brl intake, Cast headers from Tom L., Q-Jet, and maybe a hotter Cam/valve springs/rockers if the stocker doesn't preform as expected.

IMO, you can't be an inliner for truck duty...........We rebuilt a few of them over the years and kept them stock, and they would run like mad. I really like the fact they make awesome power on the low end, would handle abuse like no other, and you could really rack the miles up without laying a wrench on them. That was running stock intake, exhaust and fuel system............I can't wait to see how this new beast I have on the engine stand runs. Its gonna replace a 454 if that tells you anything.

Anyone who drives/has driven OTR truck knows "6 in a row makes it go"..........
