I agree with the previous posters thoughts on the prop valve....how ever please remove the rear drums and see whats up before spending a 100 bux on the prop valve...a fozen park brake cable will do the same thing...and if i member right the rear outlet port on the master has a spring and ball under the flare in the master...a kinda sorta built in residual valve if i member correctly.

Anyways...put her on stands and pull her apart and see whats up before guessing...
