Iirc, your lugs should be 9/16 all around. You can replace the rear studs, bit you need a hydraulic press and a drill. For most guys, it's easiest to take the hubs to a machine shop.

An easy fix is to buy some adapter lug nuts. I ran into the same situation when I went to put newer wheels on my 52. My tire shop had some nuts that worked.
