ehcees learned decades ago to use proper nouns rather than pronouns in business letters. Reason is to avoid any mix up as to who is being refered to or quototed. The issue of the reader being focused on the contigous concepts expressed through a series of sentenaces became much more pronounced with advent of E-mail. This means fewer persons read or pay attention.
More recently experts have advised refering to self in the third person when composing E-mail & going for a larger font size than default. Bottomline goal is effective communication. Hope this helps.
