I run thirteens with basically stock suspension. I fitted suburban rear coils and cheap shocks on the back, that rear suspension will take all the power you can throw at it. Your problem will be traction, relocate weight to the rear, battery and fuel. Lighten the front, a glass hood is an easy tenth on our trucks. Use slicks (28 x 10 smallest size). Apart from that it's all the standard go fast tricks.
