Is this a fresh rebuild? Are you running 20-50 oil?
With good bearing clearances and a high pressure or high volume oil pump you'll see the gauge peg like that. As long as the pressure isn't causing your rear main to leak I wouldn't worry about it. Better to have high oil pressure than low.
