Here is the one from my small block Longhorn. I did not check to see if it was produced before or after your truck. I am still trying to find the door for my big block Longhorn...I moved my office last summer and don't know where I put the glove box door.

It looks like my truck was produced after yours since my number is 169,801 vs your 162,xxx.
