I have barely started mine. I have been trying to get everything I need before I started. So far I am at $3200 for everything except the fuel pump, upper and lower radiator hoses, and exhaust mods. I am keeping my 350 turbo tranny and putting a 2001 LS1 in the truck. I have bought the harness, engine and a 70 chevy( for parts) for $1500. The rest has been misc. parts and odds and ends for the motor.....oh throw about $500 in tools in there too. I will have parts for sale once I am done. Man my garage is full!!!!!!
I had to buy a spacer for the tranny and a flywheel. Bought the harness and pcm with a fuse box all together. PCM is programmed to my tranny, tire size and gear ratio. Wiring harnes has all emitions codes gone except for the top two O2 sensors.
I am hoping to spend less than $4000 on everything once complete. I am doing all the work myself. I will post a conversion thread once complete with the part numbers that I remember or have.
Be prepaired for some work if you are doing it your self!!!
