I welded a hole about that big on my dash. If you have a welder you might give that a try. Use a piece of copper as a backer and weld it shut, then grind smooth. (cover all damagable parts including all glass!) You should be able to fix the radio holes by welding and grinding too. When done, you won't even know there was any damage.
