Tka 150.00 cash, maybe 200.00, a couple of friends to help get the frame on trailer, or back of pickup, show up at 4:30, and be ready to argue. If he refuses to give you the frame for 150, offer him 200.00, but that's it (if you really need the frame). Unfortunately he has you in a bad spot now that he actually has the frame. Hopefully your couple of "large" freinds will help persuade him. Be polite and don't get angry or blow up immediately, it won't help you. Let him know that you recieved a quote and would appreciate him sticking to it, that way you can refer future business to him. Hope this helps some.
