Thanks guys as you can see from the amount of pictures on this thread im pretty proud of this project since it is my first attempt at doing anything like this. Tx Firefighter, ya that 110 lincoln is what ive accomlished all of my welding with. I wasnt sure weather she would have enough ass to get the job done but after a few practice runs on some scrap and a big ass hammer to test my welds i was satisfied. Frank I didnt use an activator. Thats what i like about this rust bullet, whats in the can is what you spray, roll, or brush on (your choice). You dont thin it or anything. I use the automotive formula and it sprayed really well. After it dried I tried to scratch it (a scrap fiece that i painted) and it didnt scratch off unless i really tried.
