Since you are in Springfield, MO and my shop is in Kansas City, KS, you may want to make a trip up to the city and check out my parts inventory. I have all the parts you are seeking, however, due to the number of parts you are looking for, it may be better to see them in person, instead of trying the photo thing. Let me know your thoughts and I will proceed accordingly.
