man thats bad news,thats why i am always weary of buying off the net ,i do it alot but always expect less than what i paid for .usually ,and specially from board members i get more than what i asked for . takes some kind of balls to ask some one to pay for somthing they did to thier own property,i agree i would have not paid nothing ,its wasnt your frame and not your place to pay for anything till you inspected it and took delivery .
