I love the fact you are going with the 6. Always do things that make you stand apart.

If my truck still had the 6 in it when I got it, I wouldn't have gone with a V8. In fact the engine I will put in it is a '67 283 (sitting in my shop ready to rebuild) to replace the 305 in there now. (From a '85 buick). Call me crazy for going with a "smaller" motor and not going with a 350. But again, like you said, everyone goes with a 350 and I like being different.

The chrome cover looks awesome and so does the truck. Nice clean project to start with. Can't wait to see it finished.
