Nope, take the front pc off and thats it. Yes, definitely plenty of spot welds. I can see why though. The front piece is a much heavier guage steel than the rest. I guess its a big part of the support that ties it all in. Not sure about hugy. I'm sure he's hangin' some place.
I got it all POR15ed and some pin holes welded in. I'll get it mocked up and clean all the spot weld places, then weld it up. I picked up some new rolock discs, Blaze by Norton. I think they are going to last better than 3M, way better than the cheapies. These were only 21.00 for a box of 25.
