Correct me if I'm wrong but a 10.5 clutch bolts to a smaller flywheel (153 tooth) whereas an 11 in clutch bolts to a bigger flywheel (164 tooth). Will the 10.5 clutch physicaly bolt to the bigger flywheel?
I guess you could find a older mechanical (nonhydrolic) 10.5 bellhousing, smaller flywheel, and matching starter to use the stock T-5 clutch with.
